Maintenance The headquarters of Delta group are in Budapest, but it has a nationwide retail, service and maintenance network. The Delta group has branch offices and chain stores in every region of the country. They provide the products according to the public procurements and related services all over the country.
The operations of the group include, among other things, the following fields of service: Selling of printer systems, additional tools and accessories, related services (including the operation of printers, flat rate maintenance and printer consolidation). Installation, maintenance, and reparation, with guarantee or after its expiration, of computer workstations and servers. Service and maintenance Delta is the trademark service of Canon Silver; the Official Service Partner of Hewlett-Packard (HP ASDP Service Partner); the Official Service Partner of IBM (for workstations and xSeries servers); Authorised Service Partner of Fujitsu. We have provided the undisturbed operation of the IT systems of our clients since 1987. The expertise of our servicing colleagues, the dispatchers and the prepared logistics enable us to provide support for users. We provide many advantageous constructions for our partners from the direct selling of products through extended guarantee services to outsourcing services. The experts and logistical background make our maintenance service able to repair and reinstall vast quantities of IT and office technology equipment on location on a short deadline. We schedule, organise and check the processes related to our services electronically. The high quality and high capacity provision of our services is enabled by the custom-made CRM and the maintenance module (with which we keep an up-to-date register of the maintained equipment) which are part of the integrated company management system. If necessary, we provide online technical help for our clients’ own technical staff. Delta guarantees the constant availability of a dedicated expert via telephone in order to make quick connection. For the same reason, the helpdesk line is free of charge and can be used 24 hours a day all week. The clients can report errors via fax, e-mail or the Internet.
